Amenities

Our vacation apartments in Prague are all fully equipped, and fully serviced. They all have abundant supply of beddig, towels, slippers, soap and shampoo. We have a superb maid service that makes sure that our vacation rentals are clean when you check in, and if you happen to stay over a week or so, our maids will come every five days to make up the rooms, and make sure you have enough clean towels, sheets, and beauty supplies too. When checking in, please make sure that absolutely everything that were offered to you in the listing and on this website in general is there and working properly. Should anything be missing at all, let us know, and we'll fix it in 24 hours.

Wireless Internet

Some apartments come equipped with standard wireless B or G routers with cable or DSL Internet connection. Others are furnished with a PCMCIA card that uses a mobile 3G connection. To make sure you have Internet ready from day one, please let us know in advance if you're planning to use the Internet service, so we can have a PCMCIA 3G card or a USB mobile modem ready for you if necessary. These mobile devices must remain in the apartment premises at all times! If you wish to carry a device around the city please buy our mobile Internet service during your reservation session at checkout.

Concierge Service

We are working hard to provide an unparalleled hotel-like service for you. Our concierge service includes everything from arranging car rentals to booking a table at a nice restaurant for you. Our help-desk is there 24/7 in case there is an emergency, like you can't figure out how to turn the air conditioning off.
