USER'S MANUAL

The fastest way to book one of our apartments in Prague is to use our real time search box on our home page. The "Apartments by availability" tab is selected by default. |

The city of Prague is preselected. You can use the calendar icons to select your dates for check-in and check-out or you can use the drop-down menus. |

Select the number of guests, so the system can search apartments that are big enough for your party. Children under the age of 12 stay for free, but you should add them to the total number of guests at this point to get the best results. When you are done, click FIND. |

The results will come up in the same box where you performed your search. This bax has a scroll bar on the side, so use it to see the list of all available apartments. Click on the name of the apartment to see a very detaild view with photo gallery, maps, virtual tours, etc. Click BOOK NOW when you are ready to proceed. |

If you performed your Cool Prague Apartments search by entering the number of adults this screen will give you your total rate. When you click BOOK you'll be taken to a screen where you can still update the number of adults which will adjust your rates. |

Rooms always mean Private Apartments, so please don't get confused if you ever see that. This is where you can update the number of adults. The "Another Room/Apartment" feature let's you add more apartments to the same reservation. Click "Continue Reservation" when you are done updating your Prague apartment reservation details |

If these is a "Deposit Due" amount, that is what you are paying with your credit card right now. The rest will be due in cash or charged 5-30 days prior to your arrival. In that case it is noted on this screen. |

Fields in bold are mandatory. It is imperative that you indicate your arrival details, because we have to book a check-in agent to let you into your apartment. You can put any comments, requests or messages in the last box. This is also where you can put in any discount or promo codes. |

Choose the "Confirm via PayPal" option only if you have a PayPal account. (PayPal is an online banking service) The best and fastest way is to confirm your reservation by a credit card. Under the creidt card filed you'll see the exact financial details: how much is charged now, how much will be charged later (if any) and how much is due in cash upon arrival. |

If you are using American Express, please choose the Confirm by Fax option, so we can process your transaction manually. We are a US based company and AmEx doesn't work for Euro charges here, so we'd convert your Euros to USD and charge your AmEx that way. |

This is the last screen you will see. All your check-in and check-out details, confirmation of the paid amount, and how much is due. You will get this same information via email instantly. In 24 hours a local check-in manager or apartment owner will get in touch with you and give you a more detailed address, including floor and door numbers, door bell, and his/her phone numbers. |

An other way to look for apartments in Prague is to select our All Apartments link on the left and brows through the listings. You can see amenities, maps and photos a little better than in our simplified booking engine. |

If you are familiar with districts in Prague (a guide is available about this on our website) the zip code could be very useful. The two middle digits indiate the district. 05 is for the 5th or "V." district, 12 is for the 12th or "XII." district and so on. The first day of an existing reservation can be your check-out date. SO if you see October 5, 2007 in red, you can still book the apartment for Oct 3-5. Yellow means there is a minimum stay restriction, nothing else.
